Nola mia! Wood Fired Pizza Truck and Catering Company was born out of Chef Matias Rojo’s 15+ years of experience in the restaurant and food service industry.  He has accumulated all of his knowledge into a distinctive food truck concept.  Nola mia! is a family-owned and operated business.
